Articles and guides on the Insights page. Publishing walks through one; this page is the full field list.

• Name *: The headline.
• Type: Guide = a practical how-to. Article = opinion, analysis, news or a case.
• Excerpt: The summary on cards. About 160 characters.
• Featured image: The main image. Also used when the post is shared.
• Body: The post. See Writing long text.
• Published date: The date shown on the post. The Insights page sorts by it.
• Primary topic: The label on the card.
• Topics: 1–3 topics, including the primary one. Used by the filters.
• Author: Leave empty. Named authors need extra setup by a Webflow developer. When someone leaves SF, their name is cleared from past posts (see Team members).
• Read time: Words ÷ 230, rounded up: 700 words ÷ 230 = 3.04, so 4 minutes.
• Original source URL: Only for posts first published somewhere else.
• SEO title, Meta description, OG image: See Google and sharing.
