Archive or delete

The buttons are at the bottom of every item.

2 Archive. 3 Delete. (1 is explained on Team members.)
  • Unpublish: Off the site straight away. Kept as a draft. Use it to: Take something down now.
  • Archive: Hidden from your lists. A live item stays on the site until the next whole-site publish. Use it to: Tidy away something already unpublished.
  • Delete: Gone. The only way back is rolling the whole site back to a backup. Use it to: Almost never.
To remove a live item Unpublish first, then archive it if you want it out of the list. Tell Katja: old links to it need a redirect.
