ResQ Club

ResQ Club believes that surplus goods deserve a second chance. Founded in Finland in 2015, the company’s mission is to reduce waste to zero. ResQ Club connects food and retail businesses looking to minimize their surplus with consumers searching for great deals. Through the ResQ Club app, customers can discover affordable surplus products nearby, helping businesses cut down on waste while generating additional revenue. Since its launch, ResQ Club has expanded to Sweden, Estonia, and Germany, continuing its work to tackle waste globally and maximize its positive impact.

What we did

San Francisco Agency worked with ResQ Club in the spring of 2025 to help highlight their new collaboration with Blomsterlandet, a nationwide chain of flower stores in Sweden. Through this collaboration, Blomsterlandet became the first retail chain in the gardening and plant sector to offer customers the opportunity to save plants and garden products from going to waste.

Achievements

The news garnered attention in Sweden, highlighting how the collaboration enables consumers to shop responsibly and make a positive impact with ease. In addition to media coverage, our work helped raise ResQ Club’s visibility among reporters and journalists, strengthening the brand’s presence in the Swedish market. In total, seven news articles were published, including coverage in Impact Loop and Sweden’s largest gardening magazine, Allt om Trädgård.

“Partnering with San Francisco Agency helped us tell our story in the right way and reach the audiences that matter. The attention around our collaboration with Blomsterlandet shows that sustainability resonates strongly with both consumers and the media.”
