What not to touch

The shared login can reach all of this. Each one looks harmless and isn't:

  • The Designer: layout, classes, styles: One style is shared by many pages, so a change spreads across the site.
  • Animations and scrolling: Built in code, and they break easily.
  • Custom code and site settings: Cookie banner, analytics, form tracking and Google data live here.
  • Topics, Industries, Markets, Services: They drive the menu, filters and labels.
  • Form names: Analytics counts Book a call and newsletter sign-ups by them.
  • "Compress assets" in the CMS: It converts images to WebP, which breaks the pictures shown when pages are shared.
  • Two-step login in Account settings: Switching it on ties the login to one person's phone. Only Reetta decides this.
  • Pages in the "old" folder: Backups and drafts, not part of the site.
