Our artificial intelligence policy
As a technology-driven PR agency, we at San Francisco Agency are constantly looking for ways to improve our work for the benefit of our team and clients. This also includes experimenting with AI, as we believe it will profoundly affect PR and communications in general. We continuously follow AI development and encourage experimenting with it.
We at San Francisco Agency can use AI to:
- Create ideas for supporting content in PR, such as media pitches, based on content produced by the team
- Enhance and broaden the team’s ideas, insights, and views to support PR activities
- Provide a baseline and ideas for simple translation work
- Improve and proofread PR content
Transparency is one of our values, and we want to be open about what we don’t use AI for:
- We don’t use AI to produce final client deliverables, such as press releases, communications, and PR plans.
- We don’t localize final client content using AI – local angles are developed by our team of experts, who have the best know-how of the topic.
- We don’t add confidential information, such as personally identifiable information, into AI tools, and we actively follow AI tools’ recommendations to ensure the best privacy for the data we submit to them.
- When we hire people, we expect our candidates to disclose their use of AI in their writing assignments.
- We don’t publish or distribute AI content created by other parties.
